Christina Salvia, Esq.

Christina is an Associate Attorney with Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy, LLC.

She is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey and New York. Christina was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Callahan, Jr., J.S.C. in the Essex Vicinage of New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. As a law clerk, she worked on cases involving custody, child support, arrearages, parenting time, relocation, domestic violence, and has participated in small claims and non-dissolution mediations.

Christina received her B.A. in Art History and Graphic Design from Fordham University in 2014 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2018. During law school, she served as Vice President for the Domestic Violence Project and was a member of the Innovation Center for Law and Technology. Christina also interned at New York State Court’s Access to Justice, where she advised pro se litigants in a variety of family law matters including uncontested divorce and domestic abuse.

Christina can frequently be found cuddling with her fur baby, indulging in podcasts, and perfecting her barista skills.
