Brian Giardina, Esq.

Brian is an Associate Attorney with Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy, LLC. Brian has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 2014 and in New York since 2020. Brian uses his diverse experiences in law and education to best serve clients.

Brian has a B.A. in Philosophy and M.A. in Justice Studies, both from the University of New Hampshire. After tiring of the cold New England winters, he attended the University of San Diego School of Law for his J.D. There he worked with labor organizations, immigrants and refugees, and the City of San Diego. Those experiences solidified his practice of seeking justice through understanding.

After law school Brian taught Constitutional Law in Newark, New Jersey, for the New Jersey Law and Empowerment Education Project, NJ LEEP. This work led Brian to represent diverse interests while bringing his love of law and politics to high school students.

Brian began his legal career as Law Clerk to the Honorable Craig L. Corson, J.S.C. in the Middlesex Family Division. After, he worked as an Associate Attorney for Cipriani & Werner, P.C. Brian brings his love of education and justice to his work, whether it is a civil, criminal, or family matter.

Brian lives in Montclair with his family and can often be seen around town with an iced coffee in hand, no matter the temperature, chasing a small child down the sidewalk.
