Kevin Bentancur   He/him/his

Kevin is a Client Liaison and Paralegal with Argentino Family Law & Child Advocacy, LLC. Kevin is no stranger to administrative duties and the justice system.  He has his Bachelor’s in Justice Studies with a dual concentration in Justice System and Paralegal Studies at Montclair State University.  Prior to Kevin’s employment with our team, he was an Office Assistant with Montclair State University’s Residence Life Office.

When he is not working with the team in our Montclair office, Kevin can usually be found going for runs, at the gym, mountain biking and hiking but, as of recently, his “free time” is spent preparing his applications for law school!  Kevin’s smile is infectious and his genuine care and concern for his AFL team members and our clients helps keep us all focused and positive even on stormy days.

Kevin ha habla Español desde que nació y su familia viene de Uruguay!

Public Relations Administrator – Randi T. Goodman
Randi Goodman   She/her/hers

Randi is the Argentino Family Law & Child Advocacy, LLC  Public Relations Administrator. Within that capacity, Randi helps ensure that our legal team is not only helping our individual clients, but also stays involved and integrated into the community at large. Randi works to effectuate the firm’s goals of making a difference through providing training, sponsoring charity and pro bono opportunities, maintaining our social media efforts and building our relationships with other small business, organizations, and colleagues.

Randi is an outside the box thinker which makes her a perfect addition to the AFL team.   Randi is also a dedicated camper with Surprise Lake Camp in NY, having spent the majority of her Summers there from childhood to adulthood.  She continues to do so, working remotely for AFL while directing one of the camp’s many amazing programs so that she’s not only advocating for children in her “day job” but also working with children one-on-one at a camp that made such a difference to her throughout her life.

Randi’s advocacy runs even deeper in that she’s the Mama to two amazing special needs children who keep her advocating in her “free” time as well running in multiple different directions at once after them – and she does it all with a smile!  As if she wasn’t busy enough, Randi also has a company “Mama Bear Ware” that makes customized products (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) geared towards support of the LGBTQ community.
