Client Liaison/Paralegal- Kevin Bentancur
Kevin is a Client Liaison and Paralegal with Argentino Family Law & Child Advocacy, LLC. Kevin is no stranger to administrative duties and the justice system. He is a Senior at Montclair State University where he is completing his B.A. in Justice Studies with a concentration in Paralegal Studies and a minor in Leadership Development through Civil Engagement. Prior to Kevin’s employment with our team, he was an Office Assistant with Montclair State University’s Residence Life Office.
When he is not living on campus in Montclair, Kevin lives in Morris County with his family. In his “free time” Kevin usually likes to go mountain biking and hiking but, as of recently, preparing his applications for law school!.

Community Relations Manager – Kimberly Sinatra Murphy
Kim is the Argentino Family Law & Child Advocacy, LLC Community Relations Manager. Within that capacity, Kim helps ensure that our legal team is not only helping our individual clients, but also stays involved and integrated into the community at large. Kim works to effectuate the firm’s goals of making
a difference through providing training, sponsoring charity and pro bono opportunities, and building our relationships with other small business, organizations, and colleagues.
Kim is a proactive, a creative thinker and problem-solver. For over a decade, Kim has been planning and executing corporate and private events ranging from international meetings to intimate gatherings. Her previous experience includes coordinating events for Versace, New York Fashion Week, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, TJ Maxx and the Trade Commission of Spain.
Kim lives in Essex County with her spouse and two young daughters, who keep her on her toes! Kim is also the owner of Tiny Gala, through which she provides comprehensive event planning services. Needless to say, Kim is a master of multi-tasking which makes her a fabulous asset to the Argentino Family Law team!Firm Administrator – Barbara Maglin
Receptionist/Office Assistant – Briana Salomone
Briana is our most recent Argentino Family Law team member but comes with years of experience as a receptionist and assistant. Briana’s cheery demeanor brings a calming presence to our busy office. Briana has her Associate’s Degree from Raritan Valley Community College. Living with her family in Middlesex County and spending much of her time in New York City, Briana has the best of both worlds between the suburban and urban lifestyles.
In her free time, Briana works as a volunteer with GLSEN, advocating to create safe and affirming schools for LGBTQ youth. Briana enjoys reading political nonfiction and enjoys spending time with her three cats, which, as cat owners will understand, gives her a unique ability to lovingly deal with the persnickety personalities of the rest of our staff (particularly on Friday afternoons!).
Firm Administrator – Barbara Maglin
Barb joined the Argentino Family Law & Child Advocacy family after 20 years of experience in the law firm administrative industry, having attended the Fairleigh Dickinson University program for Paralegal Studies and having started her career as a paralegal. Barb moved on to law firm office administration 15 years ago and has found in it a hidden passion.
Barb is active in the legal field as a true participant in the community. She is a member of the NJ State Bar Association, and the NJ Association for Legal Administrators. Barb uses her love of golf to network within the legal community as well.
Born and raised in Sussex County, New Jersey, Barb continues to reside there with her husband and youngest son. Barb is the proud mom of two boys – one who’s all grown up and a younger one who keeps her running. Interestingly, Barb is also a life-long figure skater (and ice hockey player), a talent which helps her gracefully glide through all the administrative work the Argentino Family Law team throws at her!
