Frank is Counsel (a/k/a a senior level attorney) with Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy, LLC. He has been licensed to practice in New Jersey since 2006, New York since 2007, and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Frank joins Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy with a breadth of experience working with families, children and marginalized individuals. He spent a decade involved with criminal justice as a law clerk for Hon. N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C. in Morris County, then as a Hudson County Prosecutor and then a Deputy Attorney General before entering private practice. As a Juvenile prosecutor, he worked with many youth centered programs and has extensive experience with sexual assault victims, youth with behavioral issues, and individuals with drug and alcohol dependencies.
Frank’s litigation experience is chock-full of challenging and interesting cases. For example, one of the highlights of his time as a Deputy Attorney General is that he successfully tried a double homicide case where the Defendant was found guilty of both murders and sentenced to two consecutive life sentences.
Since 2017, Frank has been engaged in private practice with a focus on Education Law, including HIB investigation, negotiation and prosecution, administrative ethics complaints, as well as personal injury and municipal court matters including DWI, assault, and marijuana possession cases.
Frank has a B.A. in Communications from Boston College, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University. He is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association, is a Trustee of the LGBTQ rights section, and is also the Vice-Chairperson of the Somerset County Bar Foundation. Frank’s community involvement includes volunteering his time with a number of organizations, including sitting on the the LGBT Board of The State Theatre of New Jersey and on the Alumni Association Board of the Pingry School. Frank is heavily involved in advocacy work and activism for the LGBTQ, Poly, and Kink Communities and is a Kink-aware professional. Frank pulls from all of his litigation background and advocacy work to supplement AFL’s Family Law, Domestic Violence, and Education Law practices in New Jersey and New York, and adds representation associated with Juvenile Law, Civil Rights/Discrimination Litigation, and DCP&P Parental Defense.
Even though Frank is a shark in the court room, our big bear actually has a crazy fear of sharks! Regardless, he lives for NJ shore life in the summers where he braves the ocean with his two awesome children. Stop by the Montclair office to see Frank’s collection of movie posters…while here, you can always snack on his green M&Ms and enjoy his Star Wars memorabilia that inhabit his desk.
